Apple Looks To One-Up Spotify By Giving Back To Artists.
In an effort to help struggling musicians, Apple has announced, “you may now apply your streaming payout directly to your monthly Apple TV subscription, if you have one.”
It’s roughly estimated to be a savings of 3 cents per month.
Apple believes this will strengthen ties with artists and help them gain wide-spread favor with Apple users. The bold move was also made to “crush Spotify” once and for all.
